Historical route: Addis Ababa, Lalibela, Axum, Gondar and Bahir dar. We will visit the rock hewn churches at Lalibela, then we will fly to Axum to see the Axum Oblesiks and then by four wheel drive we will go down to Woldya, visiting Mekele, rock hewn churches which are some 2000 years old. We will arrive in Gondar next to see the Gondar Fasil Castle then Blue nile, the spot where the water smokes. Coming back to Addis we will see the Nile Bridge and Debre Libanos an ancient monastery.
