Japan Tour: Green House Tsukuba
????
On a recent visit to Tsukuba in Ibaraki Prefecture, north of Tokyo, we stayed at the Green House, a short drive or taxi ride from Kenkyugakuen Station on the TX Express Line to Akihabara.  Rooms here are available for the day or on longer term rentals. Set in a lovely, pesticide-free garden Green House prides itself on its eco-friendliness: well-water showers, tatami and wood floors, beds made from local timber, free rental bicycles and stone floors in the bathrooms.
